Detective Comics #23.3 Scarecrow

We get a look at one of the members of the Secret Society this week as Scarecrow gets his moment in the spotlight.

Superman #23.3 H'El

The greatest cardinal sin a writer can commit when he attempts a time travel story is make it so complex the reader can never make head or tail of what is going on.

And sadly, that's exactly what Scott Lobdell has done.

Wonder Woman #23.1 Cheetah

Cheetah gets the spotlight in this one-shot as her past and future collide.

Flash #23.3 Rogues

Who said there's no honour among thieves?

Action Comics #23.3 Lex Luthor

Superman #23.2 Braniac

Brainiac has been many things. AI Machine. Machine Alien Hybrid.

But I can't recall the last time I saw Brainiac the father or family man. Well, we get that here!

Action Comics #23.2 Zod

I think most of the public know who Zod is now after Man of Steel.

The formidable general of Kryptonian descent had been a recurring foe for Superman, most recently in the New Krypton arc of the pre-New 52 universe.

So, it was only a matter of time before he came back. And now he has, I have to say it. Wow.

Justice League of America #07.2 Killer Frost

Killer Frost.

For years, she had been restricted to a Firestorm B-lister villain. But it seems that the Injustice game has helped her get a little spotlight.

The Flash #23.2 The Reverse Flash

If you've been reading The Flash in the New 52, a few retcons have been going on:
1. Iris West never married Barry Allen.
2. Wally West hasn't met become Flash yet (and seems non-existent in the New 52).
3. Edoard Thawne doesn't seem to exist.

All three points were addressed in this issue and I'm not sure whether the reveals were in any way pleasant.
